Bright, tea-like body — a coffee that wakes you up without ever shouting. Ideal for: V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave, or lighter espresso (1:2.5, 30–32s). Store in the resealable bag away from light and heat.

Excellent for filter
Notes of apricot and jasmine as promised. Really enjoyable morning cup. Grinds nicely too.
Very fresh, smooth taste
Beans are shiny, uniform size, arrived quickly. This is now my daily filter coffee.
Good but subtle
You need a good grinder to really taste it. In a Baratza it shines. In a blade grinder — meh.
Cleanest cup I've had this year
Ordered as an alternative to Kaffa Roastery and honestly it's on par. Vietnamese Arabica is underrated.
